This revamped three-bedroom 1970s Bondi Beach Apartment offers a glamorous take on beachside living in a palette of pale teal and burnt orange, inspired by the water and sand outside as well as a series of Art Deco buildings across the road. The renovation and redesign by Greg Natale involved removing internal walls to create an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, where stucco ceilings and walls reflect the light and water to great effect. Perforated bulkheads hide utilities like support beams and air conditioning while also providing a decorative element, with the circle motif repeated in design details from joinery mouldings to beautifully coloured mosaic tiles in the bathrooms. An expressive palette of seafoam blue and warm, earthy terracotta tell a sun kissed story of easy, breezy seaside living. On the balcony overlooking the sparkling blue waters below, our Amalfi cement tile in a custom orange colourway makes a summery statement.

This project is featured in the current issue of Belle Magazine. We invite you to read more about the Bondi Beach Apartment along with the rest of Greg’s residential projects via our website.
